About Raquel Martinez

As the customer service manager, Raquel works in tandem with the scheduling department to coordinate sales orders and answer customer inquiries. She joined TNG in 2021 to work on sales orders and advanced to the customer service manager position. Passionate about education, she is studying to be a Master Precaster and is applying what she is learning from the veteran employees to an in-house training program for new employees.
